After 80 years of serving customers throughout the Texas South Plains and Hill Country, the Centennial BANK brand needed room to grow. With an ambitious leadership team in place, geographic expansion into Austin, and an ever-expanding line of products and services, the bank needed a positioning that not only reflected where they’ve been, but where they’re going.
The Centennial BANK social media playbook was a piece of the re-branding puzzle. The playbook was created as a way to guide the internal team on best practices on how to abide to brand standards on social media.
